By accessing or using HabitatPlanPro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

HabitatPlanPro provides AI-powered habitat planning tools for landowners and wildlife managers. The Service includes: - A free Habitat Suitability Index (HSI) scan using publicly available GIS data - A paid PDF Blueprint ($75) with a one-time habitat action plan - A paid Live Membership ($125) with year-round plan updates, AI advisory, and seasonal guidance - A paid Expert Review ($349) combining AI-generated plans with review by a certified wildlife biologist Features and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. We use passwordless magic link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid plans are charged as one-time fees at the time of purchase. All sales are final. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your plan or service, contact us at support@habitatplanpro.com within 14 days and we will work to resolve the issue or issue a credit at our discretion. Expert Review appointments that are missed without 24-hour notice may be forfeited without refund.

Our habitat scores and recommendations are generated from publicly available GIS data and AI models. They are provided for informational and planning purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy. Satellite data, soil surveys, and hydrological maps have known limitations. GIS data may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect for your specific parcel. You should verify all significant land management decisions with qualified professionals before implementation. HabitatPlanPro is not a substitute for professional forestry, agricultural, wetland, or wildlife management advice.

Expert reviewers on the platform are independent contractors, not employees of HabitatPlanPro. Their recommendations represent professional opinions based on information provided and are not a substitute for on-site inspection. HabitatPlanPro does not guarantee specific habitat or hunting outcomes from following any plan.

You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service at scale - Submit false or misleading property information - Share or resell your account access to third parties - Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content, scoring models, software, and design elements of HabitatPlanPro are our property or licensed to us. Your habitat plans and scan results are yours to use for personal land management purposes. You may not republish or resell plan content without written permission. You retain ownership of any property information and photos you upload to the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HabitatPlanPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or property damage resulting from following habitat management recommendations. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
